Our highly qualified team with many years’ experience and widely spread know-how in mechanical engineering, use this to implement a wide range product, through the mechanical design, simulation, FE-Analysis and manufacturing.

Our Team performs a key leading role in developing from the customer requirements and concepts during the brainstorming, through manufacturing into the delivery of the project, to meet business need and our customers’ expectations.

We are developing robust product designs of different industrial sectors aligning with our new products and orders.

We also work in multi-discipline systems, including configured and released design model of drawing, suitable for manufacturing.

We develop many different design specifications, through development of concepts to test design and optimisation.

Our team members undertake design development process from concept, through design and simulation, to release of drawing, Bild Of Material, Assembly detail manufacturing, documentation and presentation.

We develop our design in 2D and 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) environment and maintain models on drawing environment, applying this of maintaining configuration and design’s model integrity.

We are developing the design scheme for our projects, in generating the Design Scheme BOM, specifying material selection of different parts, and following appropriate phase exit review loading of the BOM to the business ERP system as a development or production release.

Our Assemblies are realised with tolerance analysis, collision detections, motion simulation, depending on the project.

We realise the multi body simulation, motion simulation, FE-Analysis and the shape and topology optimisation of some of our part for specific improvements.
